We did not simply change paper materials. We redesigned the entire packaging from structural mechanics and dining experience.

Grease Barrier Technology

Replaced standard paper with single / double‑side PLA coated paper.

We tested grease penetration on different chicken cuts to ensure no seepage even on the oiliest parts.

Structural Reinforcement
Added cross reinforcement at the bottom and upgraded to dual‑lock lid tabs to prevent collapsing when lifting full boxes.

Balanced Breathability & Heat Retention

Designed invisible micro‑vent system on the lid:

  • Releases excess moisture to keep skin crispy
  • Retains heat for ideal serving temperature

Speed Efficiency

Simplified folding with pre‑scored 3‑second assembly structure.

No tape needed; staff seals with one hand, cutting peak‑hour wait times.
