Q: Can the insert hold both heavy glass bottles and lightweight plastic makeup palettes together?
A: Yes. We design inserts with varying cavity depths and foam densities. Deeper, tighter slots hold heavy glass bottles to avoid tipping, while shallow grooves fit light palettes. If there is a big weight gap between items, dual-material inserts are recommended—high-density EVA for bottles and lightweight cardboard for palettes—to balance protection and costs.
Q: Can a built-in mirror or hidden storage space for tweezers be added under the insert?
A: Fully achievable with functional luxury custom designs. We can embed a die-cut mirror on the inner side of the lid, or create a concealed false bottom under the insert to store tweezers, eyelash curlers, brochures and other small accessories, bringing unexpected fun and practicality to unboxing.
Q: How to stop the inner insert from sliding inside the rigid box?
A: The insert is slightly oversized to fit tightly inside the box via friction. We can also stick double-sided adhesive dots or Velcro strips during production to fix the insert firmly to the box base, so it stays in place even when the box is flipped upside down.
