Food grade: For catering, we use raw wood pulp kraft paper that has passed SGS testing, without fluorescent agents. Combined with PE/PLA lamination, it is oil and water resistant, and it is safe to come into direct contact with food.
Industrial grade: For transportation, we produce high-gauge cardboard and corrugated composite. The edge strength and burst resistance are fully achieved. Heavy goods cannot crush it, making it a true “transportation armor”.
2.Structural rigidity, anti-collapse and anti-bulging
Ordinary airplane boxes are prone to bulging after sealing. We have designed reinforcement ribs at the bottom of the box and the connection between the flap and the lid, combined with pre-pressed lines technology. After folding, the edges are sharp and the force is evenly distributed. Even if the box contains irregular heavy objects, it will not deform.
3.Printing is flexible, not picky about techniques
Don’t think that kraft paper can only be printed in single colors. We support four-color offset printing, Pantone special colors, and even can do heat blacking, heat golding, and embossing on the rough kraft paper surface. Q: Will heavy items (such as books and hardware) packed in kraft paper boxes be prone to cracking?
A: No. We will recommend using thicker kraft paper or corrugated structure based on the weight, and reinforce the packaging at the gluing points to ensure safety within the load limit.
Q: What should I do if the package gets wet during the shipping process?
A: The kraft paper has certain moisture-proof properties. If it’s by sea transportation or in a humid area, it’s recommended to apply waterproof varnish or add a matte film to effectively delay water penetration.
Q: I want to do brand customization, but the minimum order quantity is too high. What should I do?
A: For start-up brands, we have a “small batch digital printing” solution. Even for a few hundred items, it can be done. Try it out first and then place a large order.
Q: Can you make eco-friendly express boxes without glue?
A: Yes. Our main design is “glue-free”, using tongue-in-groove and self-locking structures to seal the box. There is no need for glue at all, which is more in line with EU environmental regulations.
